We are seeking a highly skilled Junior SRE to join our team at Alteo in Montreal. As a Junior SRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic payment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Performance Optimization
    • Participate in the definition of procedures to ensure service performance
    • Participate in the study and analysis of electronic payment platform requirements

  • Customer Support
    • Participate in customer support to meet availability and reliability commitments

  • Education
    • DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 0-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Familiarity with the electronic payment industry (an important asset)
    • Unix server
