Job Title: Senior SRE

Alteo is seeking a Senior SRE to join our team in Montreal. As a Senior SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our electronic banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define procedures to ensure service performance and reliability
  • Analyze and optimize system performance to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with processes and regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Unix server administration and database management
  • Experience with batch scripting and file transfer protocols
  • Knowledge of network security and architecture
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
