About the Role:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability. They establish and maintain Guest Services, control expenses, and are accountable for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shrink and inventory control management
- Staffing and team management
- Merchandising and visual displays
- Setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store
- Maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience
