The YMCA of Three Rivers - Waterloo Region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Programming Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Wellness department, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing high-quality recreational and skill-based programs for children aged 0-12 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front-line staff in delivering programs that promote child development and well-being.
- Provide supervision, support, and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including program registration and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and community partners to ensure a positive and inclusive program environment.
- Foster a positive team culture through ongoing professional learning and development opportunities.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families in our community.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Recreation & Leisure, ECE, Child and Youth Work, or related field.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
