Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front-line staff in delivering programs that promote child development and well-being.
  • Provide supervision, support, and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including program registration and scheduling.

Requirements:
