Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at SouthWest Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our dentists and hygienists.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists and hygienists with clinical procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control protocols.
- Establish strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional care and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association.
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
