Compensation Analyst

The Role
Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that drive business performance and employee engagement. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to design and deliver compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Design and implement performance-based incentives and recognition programs
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the business
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to employees and managers
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of market trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
