About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Volume Performance Test Automation Manager to join our team at ROSS. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering a successful implementation, deployment, and operations of an automated and repeatable Volume and Performance test process.

This individual will work in close collaboration with R&D, 3rd party product management, Solutions management, and 3rd parties (partners) to provide input/feedback to the R&D organization on the performance metrics and scalability of newly developed products, as well as providing input to portfolio management with respect to the IT platforms.

The incumbent will report to the Global Platform Design & Validation (PD&V) manager in a functional matrix organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a methodology for V&P test automation for our client's products
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of the V&P methodology in our client's products
  • Deploy the repeatable and automated process within R&D testing Services
  • Conduct V&P tests in collaboration with 3rd party partners
  • Closely collaborate with PD&V platform and storage experts towards standardization
  • Ensure proper definition and follow-up of the V&P test plan execution
  • Deliver validation results to the organization
  • Streamline Performance and Scalability knowledge transfer to the organization


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Volume and Performance test methodology or IT performance test automation, preferably in a medical image management environment
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills and experience with automated testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience with IT platforms such as Sun Solaris servers, Wintel platforms, Oracle, MS SQL, and virtualization technologies
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Work methodically and according to plan
  • Good organization skills and flexibility
  • Team player in an international team
