About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Child Caregiver. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children.

Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring their well-being and safety
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, providing a fun and engaging experience
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their timely arrival and departure
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed
  • Assist children with homework, helping them develop their academic skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English language proficiency
