Job Title: Truck Driver, Tractor-Trailer

Fishermen's Premium Atlantic Lobster Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods from one location to another.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation.
Requirements:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to travel overnight.
