Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

The Senior Technical Project Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and processes within the onsite/field team.

To be successful, this individual must possess a positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and strong time management skills.

Effective communication is key to building and maintaining strong relationships with technicians, other team leads, technical support, supervisor, area manager, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with client shift leaders throughout the shift to build and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Schedule maintenance time, minimizing impact on client job runs.
  • Communicate and retain information on events on the floor, reporting excessive downtime or unresolved issues.
  • Transfer information of shift events to other team leads and GTA Blue Crest FST's when necessary.

With leadership skills and a strong work ethic, the Senior Technical Project Manager will support, maintain, and improve a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Maintaining and updating WHIMS documentation as required.

This role focuses on GTA East and involves managing and supporting daily activities of CSR's working in a 24/7 environment.

Assist CSRs in developing their diagnostic techniques and repair procedures.

Collaborate with GTA West Team Lead for synergy across GTA schedules.

Represent onsite technical support for first-level escalation, resolving equipment issues quickly.

Provide technical expertise and advice to customers' production floor management, project managers, and customer service reps.

Ensure applications meet Blue Crest and customer specifications, achieving high throughput rates.

Provide front-line service leadership to customers, optimizing application construction and design.

Coordinate and support clients and team on national level new projects affecting satellite locations.

Monitor and collect machine data for customer presentations.

Participate in monthly review meetings with the Blue Crest Supervisor/Service Manager and customer department managers.

Recommend operator and/or technician training requirements to the Supervisor, Service Manager, and customers.

Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule, coordinating equipment availability with customer management.

Locate and order emergency parts to maintain uptime objectives.

Support and direct emergency activities shipping parts to locations across Canada.

Monitor and collect machine cycle counts, as well as Time/Material invoicing.

Work with Blue Crest sales account manager to maintain stability of account and promote new solutions.

Requirements:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
