Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine business needs and develop strategies to maximize sales.
  • Hire, develop, and retain management and associate teams.
  • Coach and train staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure visual standards are met and all store operations are performed efficiently.
  • Manage store budgets, control wages and shrink, and maintain store audit compliance.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for future growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in store management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and drive sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
