Job Title: Clinical Activities Specialist

CSTU is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Activities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing clinical activities that support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement clinical activities, including assessments, interventions, and follow-up services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address client needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to clinical activities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
