Program Structure
The 5-phased Management Trainee program offers a holistic learning experience, where you will progress through various roles:
- Warehouse Logistics: Familiarize yourself with our product offerings and logistics processes.
- Counter Operations: Develop your customer service skills, manage orders, and contribute to inventory management.
- Inside Sales: Transition from customer service to managing large-scale projects, including blueprint reading and estimating.
- Outside Sales/Account Management: Acquire new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Supervisor Role: Lead a team, provide strategic vision, mentor others, and run the business.
