Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Automation Expert to join our team at RLDatix. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global company that is making a positive impact in healthcare.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform and leveraging its capabilities to drive business growth. Working closely with our Campaign team, PMMs, Comms, and Digital teams, you will implement programmatic and operational initiatives through the platform in North America.

You will be responsible for building, launching, and reporting on marketing campaigns, ensuring that data flows smoothly to our Business Development Team for follow-up. You will also be accountable for data integrity and good data hygiene across SFDC and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate them for improvements.
  2. Create assets and landing pages in our marketing automation system, HubSpot, working alongside the Campaign and Digital teams.
  3. Maintain integration with CRM and assist in integrating additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  4. Assist with lead management processes to ensure leads are actioned and nurtured in a timely manner.
  5. Evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team to help meet their objectives.
  6. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  7. Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  8. Maintain high-quality marketing data, ensuring compliance with corporate global privacy regulations and staying up-to-date on email best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation solutions (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and interact with all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly developed attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
