Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in Lethbridge.

Job Summary

In this role, you will collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver excellent medical care and support to individuals of all ages. You will assess patients' conditions, administer treatments and medications, and educate patients and their families on health management and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Documentation: Monitor patient progress and document medical information accurately and efficiently.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management and care to promote independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
