About the Role:

The Maintenance Team Member is a vital part of our crew, ensuring that our stores run smoothly and efficiently. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and equipment guidelines.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting, repairing décor and equipment, and tending to store areas and appliances.
  • Manage priorities, staying organized and keeping on top of multiple tasks with limited supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and Managers to ensure seamless operations.
