Job Title: Executive Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Coordinator to join our team at Chandni Victoria Convention Centre. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and other departments within the organization.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They will also be responsible for arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Apart from these tasks, they will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
  • This role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Providing customer service and resolving issues
  • Performing data entry and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems

Work Environment and Conditions:

  • The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
