Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO GAS STATION. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that they are legitimate and in accordance with our store's return policy.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that they are fair and meet the needs of the store.
  • Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
