TIPS Personnel, a leading provider of staffing solutions in Canada, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business growth.

Role Summary

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through proactive networking, lead generation, and market research.

  • Conduct sales presentations and consultative meetings with prospective clients to showcase the benefits of our temp-to-perm staffing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to align client needs with staffing capabilities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to independently drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, with in-office requirements twice a week. The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500 to $57,500, plus commission on all clients signed based on their monthly sales.
