Job Title: Life Cycle Assessment Analyst

About the Role:

OPTEL is seeking a highly skilled Life Cycle Assessment Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our LCA team, you will conduct studies and develop sustainability measurement tools/metrics for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and support LCA-related tasks, including data collection and results integration in OPTEL's traceability solutions.
  • Prepare Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and ensure compliance with relevant LCA and GHG reporting standards.
  • Write technical reports and present outputs to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of OPTEL's traceability solution for product carbon tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or sustainable development.
  • High autonomy and strong delivery orientation.
  • Technical and customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • Align to OPTEL's values, priorities, and culture.
  • Strong ability to adapt, learn, and tackle new topics and issues.
  • Applied knowledge of LCA software and databases.
  • Knowledge and passion for sustainability and life cycle thinking.
