Retail Store Manager

Ultramar is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Hire, train, and develop sales associates to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration
- Establish work schedules, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to improve sales performance
- Resolve customer complaints, manage conflicts, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
