Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CircleK. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals
  • Collaborate with other store managers to achieve company goals
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. You will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
