We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Director to join our team at Aecon Concessions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the nuclear sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Manage and monitor business development activities, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business development progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • Technical background: P.Eng., CET or equivalent industry experience.
  • Business analytical skills and knowledge of basic negotiating approaches.
  • Commercial knowledge – solid understanding of the risks in contract terms.
  • Strong facilitation skills to validate and understand complex business-related problems and to clearly understand, define, and communicate problems to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to report data and analyze data for relevant trends.
