Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team at Dentistry at Fennell and Ottawa. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be committed to enhancing patient experiences.

Dental Care Services

  • Comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry services.
  • Patient record management and treatment documentation using dental software like Maxident.
  • Collaboration with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Educating patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Dental office experience: 1 year (required).
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (required).
  • Preferred experience working in a dental office setting; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Maxident is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
  • Bonus pay and overtime pay available.
  • Signing bonus offered.
  • On-site parking provided.

Work Arrangements

  • Full-time position available.
  • Day shift schedule.
  • In-person work location at Dentistry at Fennell and Ottawa.
