We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at 911 Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
- 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work long hours.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
