Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographic Studio Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our photography team, including assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment

Our studio is a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
