Photography Studio Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Photography Studio Operations Manager to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to ensure the smooth operation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the studio's financial stability.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet the studio's needs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the studio's success.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-studio work.
  • 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
  • English language proficiency.
