Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager is accountable for the daily onsite business operations while supporting and expanding a customer base within a designated market area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and report creation.
• Assist the Branch Manager in required duties, such as placing orders, supervising branch operations, and creating reports.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Analyze current and future agricultural trends and service needs to create opportunities.
• Review customer accounts to ensure payments are within approved credit policy and perform collection functions as required.
• Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions' and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
