About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent errors or defects.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in supervising and developing staff.
  • Food Service Experience: Experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
