About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at GURABHI TRANSPORT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient operations and maximize productivity.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve business goals.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Performance Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
