Operations Director

Fat Bastard Burrito Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
- Operational Management: Oversee the management of all operational aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring that our interests are represented.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
