Operations Director

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Organized and team player
The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
