Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our MAC Market Mall store in Calgary, AB. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills will be essential in developing and motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in managing store operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
