- Manage and prioritize customer requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.

- Work closely with outside sales staff to achieve sales goals.

- Negotiate special prices and terms with customers as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
