Job Description for Food Counter Attendant

Mai's Submarine & Deli is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
