Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at Captain Meat and Poultry Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, training them on new procedures, and establishing office routines and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Oversee the work of other office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient office systems, including filing, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct visitors to relevant personnel or areas.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and information to inform business decisions.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 1-2 years of experience: In an administrative or supervisory capacity, preferably in a similar industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: With a focus on education and development.
- Permanent employment: With regular working hours, 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency: As a primary means of communication.
