About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Surdel Party Rentals Inc. in a full-time capacity. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in an office administration role
  • Degree from College or CEGEP
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week
