Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JOHNNY YUE PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and proofread documents, correspondence, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Office Administration: Maintain a well-organized filing system, establish office procedures, and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
  • Technology and Software: Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
