Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our partnership, you will handle a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters and work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, providing expert legal guidance and representation to clients.
  • Conduct thorough research, draft critical documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop strategic case plans and implement effective tactics.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts, ensuring seamless resolution of disputes.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong academic credentials, including excellent law school transcripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Prior experience with big law firms is highly preferred.
Compensation:
  • Salary: $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Discretionary bonus based on individual performance.
