Clinical Therapist - Home Setting Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Therapist to provide assessments and therapy services to adult clients in their home settings. This role offers a flexible schedule and full control over work, allowing for a great work-life balance.

About the Role:

This position requires working independently with adult clients using various therapy skills to improve their well-being. The ideal candidate will be able to assess clients' needs and develop personalized service plans to address their impairment or diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting based on clients' presenting impairments or diagnoses using standardized assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to discuss care goals and service plans.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Flexible and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Multi-lingual language skills are an asset.
  • Experience providing home-based services is beneficial, but new graduates are welcome.
