About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales and customer success teams in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-growth strategies to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new Canadian customer bookings and drive repeat business.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and customer support team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
