Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at TDOT BUILDERS GROUP LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses and erecting walls and roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime as required
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including urban and rural areas, and will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
