We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nestbox AI Inc, a leading technology company headquartered in New York and Toronto. Our platform is revolutionizing industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and automate deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to oversee the entire lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs), from data preprocessing and model training to validation and deployment stages.
  • Enhance the performance, efficiency, and ethical considerations of LLM training processes through ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient management of large-scale datasets used in LLM training, while adhering to data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Assess and incorporate emerging AI technologies to bolster the effectiveness of LLM training procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security of our infrastructure.
  • Continuously improve development and deployment processes through automation and tooling.
  • Implement best practices for configuration management, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning libraries.
  • Strong background in Natural Language Processing and practical experience with Large Language Models.
  • Knowledge of AI model training and data manipulation methodologies.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the legal and compliance landscape of AI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
