Job Title: Lead DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

Wiser Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally, and we're looking for a talented Lead DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in enabling our engineering teams to deliver top-notch quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help set and lead the technical vision for our infrastructure, observability, site reliability, and software release pipeline.
  • Evangelize DevOps principles, drive collaboration, mentor other engineers, and roll up your sleeves to write code.
  • Be a thought leader and help drive technical direction.
  • Build relationships and show our engineers the value of DevOps thinking and culture.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience within an infrastructure team.
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and cloud-native networking.
  • Experience with multiple tools in the modern DevOps toolkit, infrastructure management tools, and automation.
  • Proven ability to provide tactical and technical leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust networks with your peers.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and plans to multiple audiences of varying technical capacity.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base annual pay of CAD$150,000 to $165,000.
