Software Tools Developer and Process Specialist

CS Group Canada is seeking a highly skilled Software Tools Developer and Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing software tools to meet the needs of our customers in the aerospace, automotive, defense, and railway sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather user requirements and feedback to inform the development of software tools
  • Design and implement processes and associated tools to meet user needs and critical development standards
  • Develop and test software tools to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Document the tools' architecture, developer guides, and user guides
  • Support the deployment of processes and tools, as well as provide ongoing support to tool users
  • Analyze and reproduce issues, and propose solutions to improve the tools and processes
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the aerospace field
  • Proven expertise with tools such as Matlab and Simulink
  • Effective skills with languages such as Python and Web languages
  • Knowledge of critical development standards, such as DO-178C/DO-331/DO-330, is an asset
  • Good communication skills, with strong written proficiency in English and French
