Food Counter Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food items according to customer preferences and maintain a clean and organized food counter area.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
