Responsibilities- Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert care and support to clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and inform care decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families and colleagues to promote trust and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments and interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices in mental health care.
- Qualifications
- Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse designation from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in mental health settings or a related field.
