Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide expert care and support to clients with complex mental health needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and inform care decisions.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, families and colleagues to promote trust and effective communication.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments and interventions.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices in mental health care.
  • Qualifications
    • Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse designation from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working in mental health settings or a related field.
