Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Pro Elite Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
