About the Role

We are seeking an experienced rendering developer to join our team at Solutionsft. As a key member of our creative and innovative team, you will be responsible for developing the next generation high-fidelity visual system and synthetic environment for flight simulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop core rendering features, engine components, and tools to enhance our visual system.
  • Research and implement innovative rendering techniques to push the boundaries of visual quality.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation.
  • Develop and optimize rendering techniques to maximize high-fidelity realism and optimize engine performance for real-time operation.
  • Participate in code reviews and stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
Requirements
  • BS or MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a great rendering engine programmer with a strong background in maintainable code development.
  • Excellent 3D math skills, knowledge of cutting-edge rendering techniques, and understanding of current graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming languages.
  • Strong software engineering principles and experience in a cross-disciplinary development environment.
  • Excellent cross-discipline communication skills.
