## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced rendering developer to join our creative and exciting team at Solutionsft. As a Senior Rendering Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the next generation high-fidelity visual system and synthetic environment for flight simulators.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop core rendering features, engine components, and tools to deliver a state-of-the-art visual system
* Research and implement innovative rendering techniques to push visual quality levels
* Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges and optimize rendering engine performance
* Develop and optimize rendering techniques to maximize high-fidelity realism and real-time operation
* Participate in code reviews and stay up-to-date on technology trends

## Requirements

* BS or MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in rendering, with excellent 3D math skills and knowledge of cutting-edge rendering techniques
* Strong understanding of current graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming languages
* Excellent software engineering principles and cross-disciplinary communication skills
